Leadership at 414 Restoration
Jermaine Beale Sr., Master Restorer & CEO
Jermaine Beale Sr. is the Founder and Owner of 414 Restoration LLC, a veteran-owned restoration and reconstruction company serving Memphis, the Mid-South, and surrounding communities. With more than 20 years of experience in construction, restoration, and disaster recovery, he specializes in residential, commercial, and large-loss insurance projects.
Jermaine is a licensed General Contractor and Home Improvement Contractor and leads an IICRC Certified Firm. He has earned the prestigious IICRC Master Restorer designation and holds multiple IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Carpet Repair & Reinstallation (RRT), Carpet Cleaning (CRT), and other restoration disciplines.
Under his leadership, 414 Restoration is a licensed Asbestos Firm and an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm, providing professional environmental, mitigation, remediation, reconstruction, and contents restoration services. Jermaine also holds certifications in asbestos supervision, mold inspection, mold remediation, and OSHA safety.
In addition to leading 414 Restoration, Jermaine serves as the Commercial and Residential Construction Instructor at Trezevant Career and Technology Center (CTC), where he trains and mentors the next generation of skilled trades professionals. He is passionate about developing future leaders in the construction industry by combining hands-on experience with nationally recognized industry standards and certifications.
A U.S. Army veteran with a Construction Engineering background, Jermaine is committed to restoring homes and businesses with excellence while advancing the construction and restoration industries through education, leadership, integrity, and professional service.
Michael E. Fogle
Michael E. Fogle serves as the Chief Operating Officer of 414 Restoration LLC, where he oversees daily operations, strategic planning, business development, and organizational growth. Originally from Camden, Arkansas, Michael has proudly called Memphis, Tennessee home for more than 20 years.
He earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Tennessee at Martin, where he was a scholar-athlete, and later attended Freed-Hardeman University to obtain his Master’s Degree in Secondary Education.
Michael brings more than 20 years of leadership and management experience, including 15 years in education and 10 years of operational leadership, providing a strong foundation in team development, organizational effectiveness, and strategic execution.
As COO, Michael is committed to building a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability while helping position 414 Restoration LLC as a trusted leader in the restoration industry. He is passionate about developing people, strengthening communities, and delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the region.
Beyond his professional career, Michael is a proud father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He is also a dedicated member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated, where he continues his commitment to leadership, scholarship, service, and community engagement.
